Olympus waterproof camera question

We are very happy for our Olympus camera, which we bought on STT. Not only because we can use it while snorkeling, but because you can have it in a pocket.
Hubby brings it everywhere, never use our old and more expensive camera. We haven't tried to take a photo, when it's raining, so I cannot tell about the quality under such conditions.

After checking out the size of the Canon waterproof (the new one without the housing), I am probably gonna go with the Olympus because the Canon is too big to just shove in my pocket for festivals and such.

That would be so cool to live in a place where you need too consider festivals when buying a camera! It gets so boring around here....

djmom- I hear there is a Tattoo Convention in Charlotte this weekend...how on earth can you be bored??
