Convicted of soliciting underage (14 years old in one case) girls to give him nude massages in his Palm Beach mansion. Apparently paid them $200 to $300 a session. Currently serving an 18 month sentence. Will be classified as a registered sex offender. Even his dream team defense attornies couldn't get him out of it. Google his name, sad to think he is so welthy he can afford Little St. James!

On a related note - how's the snorkeling on little st. james? We were on a boat excursion a couple of years ago, and that captain wanted to take us there after having lunch in red hook, but the waters were a little rough and we had some people who don't have what you would call "sea legs" (me included).

Capt Phil took us off Little Saint Jeff (As Ruth cheekily called the island) and it was very good. Phil took us diving through an underwater arch and the views were wonderful.
On the topic, many people mentioned that the site is run as a business. Also, as others have mentioned, it's their site. As a blog-owner (did you know I have a blog), I've deleted the occasional comment because they were just horribly out of place and risked blowing my thinly veiled cover. I've had a comment or 2 not get posted, but that was probably because they were unfunny.
One more thing...Jeff (or Russ) made an interesting remark.
"Kidding Joshie. (That’s what I’m supposed to call you here, right?)"
Hmmm...let the theorists spring to life on that one.

I have deleted comments on my blog, too, and mine isn't a business of any sort. As Jeff and/or Russ said, as a blogger, you are responsible for what is posted on your blog, and sometimes that means you err on the safe side as far as comments are concerned.
I also delete things when people are mean to me. My blog, my rules.
It's comforting to know that they do bring issues to the attention of the villa owners, even if they don't bring them to our attention. In some ways, that's better.
Sidebar: Speaking of Oprah, did y'all hear she is having KC on her show tomorrow? Now that sounds like it will be excellent for some here and frightening for others.
