Ruth, you should get a BB gun and sit outside and give them a little shot in the ass. It might scare 'em off..(I don't know if that's legal in St John but it worked for us with a pesky critter...OK so it was my neighbor Ray but he didn't know where the shot came from...)

I have a BB gun with the site alreay set. Had my own issue up here in PA I had to take care of I'll be glad to bring it along next month and help you get those chickens!!
