Great photos, everyone!

I never seem to take pictures of the iguanas. I dated a guy that had an iguana in college... wait, there is no good way to tell this story.

Great photos!

During our first trip to STT we stayed at the Marriott and those ones that Cal Girl posted are aggressive little suckers. One of them chased my wife all the way down to the dock area. He was really quick too. I thought it humorous and took the time to take a couple pics  Needless to say that was the last time we took the boat ferry to town. To this day she hates iguanas and allows a big buffer in between her and the iguana!!

Schnell - We were told they have their nests in those rocks by the dock. Maybe your wife encountered a protective mama! LOL!

Yup, your exactly right. We did learn that later in the trip. My wife does not take any chances though.....she avoids them all

where was that photo taken/which villa?

thanks!
liamsaunt is right. The villa is Sea Stone on Maria Bluff.

The iguana on the shell never even flinched when I got close to him. He kept his pose and let me capture him perfectly. He must have been either a professional model or a Zen master.

This is the same iguana:
