Marcia, a taxi driver in TN took him and his daughter to the bus station where he purchased tickets to Texas. I don't know how he got to Mexico, but he called his mother on his cell phone from Monterrey. The news report said the FBI knew immediately where he was, so I'm guessing they traced the call. US Marshalls are picking him up in TX and bringing him back to KY to be charged.
