Presuming you are getting a script from your Doc, you may want to ask about Sonota. Shorter shelf life in your system, "lighter" than ambien IMO.

I take full max Ambian and most of the time it works and some times it doesn't. Last night it didn't.

If I take 2 PM's I am really hung over in the morning. Ambian doesn't do that to me.
