I've been monitoring the flights for a good 6 months or so and was really up in the air about my trip to SJ next month due to the drop in the Cdn $. I was surprised to see that the price has only changed about $10 in the past 6 months. I am just throwing good sense to the wind and am heading out on Feb. 7th. $875 on United from Vancouver. I paid $838 in April/08 so not a huge price difference even 10 months later.

Thanks Marcia,

I will check that hotel. We are starwood members so I will check the sheraton as well.

April can not come soon enough for me. I am so sick of the snow. We were in the lucky pocket friday and saturday that got 15+ inches of snow.

Will you be in STJ in april? Our dates are 4-26 to 5-3, we are celebrating our 20yr ann.

Anybody flying out of LAX (LA) right now can get some good deals. We just booked 2 round trip tickets with taxes and fees for $657 total round trip. Looked like you could leave a mix of days and we are going in March and hope to make a beach bar gathering this time around!!

Just booked ewr/stt on Continental for $605(2 people)
direct flight, arrives at 1:30, which means I'll be on Secret Harbour beach by 3:30!! Cheapest flight I've ever booked to STT & been going yearly since '96. It was an impetuous booking, as the price
was irresistible. Will be there first stop off a Princess cruise next month(Southern Carib.)& hadn't
intended to take another Carib. trip, but that price
for late March hooked me and the lure of the "Magic
Isle" is always in the back of my mind. Have spent
vacations on many other Carib. isles & I've enjoyed
all of them and their differences with one another,
but STT is just "special"(STJ, too).
Anyway, the deals are out there this year, so be patient and one will jump right out at you like this
one did me tonight!

Great prices!

SOOOOO not fair for those of us in Charlotte, we live in here and it is still over $550 for flight to STT!!!! That is in June.

And people coming thru on the EXACT same flight from further away are paying in the $300s....they are on two flights which obviously costs the airlines more....

Really irks me.

Yes, it is a direct flight for us, but no matter where we go, it costs TONS more because it is a hub, there is no competition to speak of. It is getting to the point that we are going to have to drive to relatives in Virginia to fly THROUGH Charlotte to be able to afford ST John.

That airfare is a steal! Good for you. We are limited to traveling around Christmas and get soaked for airfare (and villa rates, too.)

A co-worker of mine is going to STJ for spring break; she's far enough from the airport that she's doing a park and fly. She's staying at the Hyatt; it was the best rate with free parking she could find. (Some places near O'Hare will charge you for parking -- enough that a lower room rate doesn't always offset it.)
