Be sure to check out the facebook page too. It is VIOL Island Curves. We are going to have a daily task during the week, Liamsaunt is posting a recipe for the weekend.

Who knows what else we might come up with.

Anyways, check it out. We are going to make it a private group soon. But all that means if you don't join it today, that you just "request" to join the group, instead of "join". Then I will try to check at least once a day and add people.

Hi all! I'm just finding this thread and plan to gravitate over to Facebook to join in. I've been working hard to become healthier for about a year now. I've managed to lose a little over 40lbs, cholesterol and BP are good with no meds. Still have many pounds to lose, but the exercise has really helped to get a handle on everything. I'll look forward to seeing you all over on FB!

hey all, i just joined this forum, found it while planning my trip for end of july!!!!!! I already requested to join on facebook, but i don't really know much about facebook, but i can learn right. i didn't read every single post here, but a lot of them, you guys are cracking me up.
i even got my but out of bed early today and went to spinning class today. i gotta lose 25 by end of july or i will hate all my vacation pics.
