Info/ pics of Island Horizons villa?-Sherb- any ideas?

Post by mahojim »

Hey, all.
As I mentioned, I'm pretty new to this particular forum board. I must say, you all make me feel right at home, so, thanks in advance!
As I also mentioned, our party of 4 adults are staying in Coral Bay over Halloween at Island Horizons villa, and the photos that I've been able to find are kind of limited.
The website www.privatehomesforprivatevacations.com has a map, and it looks to be very close to Seabiscuit villa, where we visited this past April.AWESOME location, and a wonderful home, as well.
RickG was able to help me find Seabiscuit on(I think) a google earth photo, and it was perfect.
Thanks for any help, and I hope to meet as many of you as possible this fall.
45 days to go!

Hi Mahojim

We have Island Horizons booked for next year. I haven't been any more successful than you in getting info from anyone that has actually stayed there. I know that folks from a few forums have stayed there, so hopefully everything is OK and it's just that they haven't had an opportunity to share their experiences with us. PHPV is great to work with, so I'm sure everything will be good!

Will you share your trip/info/pictures of IH when you come back please? :)

I have not seen the villa but can see it from my house :)

It is much further up the hill than Seabiscuit and higher than Jorge's current villa - not up the same road but one just as equally "interesting" :)

It looks like a great villa - just check your tires

Pia

ps: welcome to the forum :)

Pia,
All that being said, it looks like I'm going to have to go ahead and pressure you & yours for a drink up at the hacienda! (or at least at Skinny's, or Island Blues...!)Hope to see you @ Halloween!
Kplumm-- You'll be the first to receive the photos, and / or videos!

We wanted to stay there but it was booked (maybe by Jim?). Not that I know the road is as "equally interesting" as Jorge's, I'm kind of glad Jim is staying there instead.

Oh oh, Pia does that mean IH is not a clothing optional villa?

We're staying at Tesseract. At least I think so -- I haven't gotten my invoice yet. I love how they do business at Private Homes for Private Vacations.

Yes, I'm a little nervous because I didn't get a lot of feedback on Tesseract, but those who liked it seemed to speak highly of both it and the ladies at the rental agency.
