Hello:
Has anyone stayed at or have any info regarding any one of the above villas? In particular, interested in the view and sun on the pool all day.
Thank you

Hi Taylor,
I have stayed at Bay House during my last 5 trips. It suited our needs and finances perfectly. Beautiful view, plenty of covered and open deck space, breezes have been wonderful(July and August), the 2 bedrooms/baths are down an inside staircase and have very good, quiet AC's, one half bath on the main floor.
It's just my personal opinion but, I think the pool filtration system needs a healthier pump or somthing .... The pool does remain sunny all day and if you are diligent about having someone be the 'pool boy or pool girl' it is fine. It is serviced once during the week.
I have always rented through Great Caribbean Getaways who have been super to work with. This year, I was hit with a 5% service fee as well as the normal 8% tax. The reason for the additional 5% was that Caribbean Villas is now the actual rental agent.
Additionally, I did not get the 'returning client discount'.
I hope this helps ... I actually have the view from Bay House as my PC wallpaper. The area and house have a peaceful charm ..
Happy villa hunting, Joan

You're not going to see sun on the pool all day on any houses on hills facing east. Bay House loses the sun by 4PM. The only house in Coral Bay getting sun at that time of day is Reef Madness.
We liked Bay House and it was a good deal for four people in high season. The pool was fine and needed to be skimmed due to the flowers and leaves, but that was the work of a couple of minutes. It is next to Sea Biscuit and has very convenient access, walking even, to the Coral Bay area bars and restaurants. This is not a clothing optional villa due to lots of sight lines to the pool deck. There is some slight noise from the Cocoloba Plaza, but we were there during Spring Break and Blues Fest week (very crowded!) and the noise was minimal with the windows open and the a/c off.
You can rent Bay House through VIVA! without paying the 5% service charge

Our Friends stayed in Surfside a while ago. The pool got good sun and was pretty large. The only consideration I would tell you about is that one of the main bedrooms is really a loft and very open to the downstairs area. If I remember right this caught them off guard as it wasn't really clear on the site. If you don't plan to use the bedrooms for all couples it shouldn't be a problem.
