Kid Friendly Villas

It's a slow day at work and I'm starting to compile a list of villas that would be suitable for 2 couples traveling with 3 kids (only 1 of which currently walks).

We prefer the Coral Bay (or beyond) side, but would check out north shore too. Not looking for any that are crazy fancy or expensive, but more in the moderate range.

Requirements: pool, a/c in at least bedrooms, king bed in at least 1 bedroom (for the tall guy), washer and dryer, and a spa would be nice but not required.
