Resizing Pictures

Post by soxfan22 »

Well I'm finally thinking about putting my trip report together (though it won't be nearly as interesting and detailed as all of yours!)...Can someone tell me how to resize pictures from photobucket for posting? When I posted my spider pictures (now ID'd as a Golden Huntsman thanks to ccasebolt), the pics were too large.

Thanks in advance!

There is a resize function in Photobucket.

click on Edit and you should see it. I usually use the preset Message Board size.

Looking forward to your TR.

When I've used Photobucket in the past I've had a lot of problems resizing. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. I found it easier to resize pictures before uploading them to Photobucket. It's probably been a year since I tried to resize within Photobucket, so it might be better now, but it used to be very frustrating.
