Crystal Cove - STT

Post by DuxDweller »

I am considering this for my 3 "extra" nights following the villa rental. Has anyone stayed there? Good or bad experiences??

TIA

We haven't stayed there yet, but will be there for 2 nights at the end of Nov. I did a lot of comparison "shopping" and Crystal Cove has great feedback on TA. If you read the reviews, you will find out that the "A" building seems to be the most desirable and is booked through bestbeach.com through a David Paresky. He is very quick to respond.

We will be there for 2 nights at the end of our week on STJ. We got much better airfare with the dates we chose, but our villa, Waterlemon, is booked for the following week. I'm looking forward to a couple nights on STT for something a little different. We're not going to bother with a car as Crystal Cove is right on the beach and very close to Red Hook. It ought to be nice to just wind down for the final 2 days before coming home!

I have a friend that use to stay there all the time – until his kids got a little older and he discovered “Villa Living”. One year, we stayed at Sapphire Beach which is next to Crystal Cove and he stayed at the Cove. The Crystal Cove sits back from the beach and his place was nice. Nothing fancy, but clean and functional. He was on the bottom floor and his unit has a screen-in porch. Hope that helps.
