I think Harborview is available through St. John Properties. We stayed there once and it is very convenient to town with a nice deck and (a bit odd) above ground pool) and AC in the bedroom only. It isn't large, but suited our needs quite nicely. The owner lives in the unit above but it is still very private. The rates I found were only $150/night for your time frame.

I can't thank you all enough for all the fantastic input. Looks like it's all going to happen! WOOOHOOO
Alw1977- thanks for the Costa Rica review, I did hear it is nice but the trip my husband was planning was taking on a life of it's own. Again, very short notice and was becoming way over priced(airline tickest alone were nuts) and the time frame was way too long. I'd still like to visit Costa Rica but we really need to sit down and plan it a bit better. If you have a chance I'd love to hear about Costa Rica, did you write a review anywhere? Is there any boards you know of other than tripadvisor that talks about Costa Rica?
Armchair TravelerI think I got lucky, I checked continental for the dates that I really needed and did the +3/-3 day thing and up poped a fair of 360.00 non-stop out of Newark. Needless to say, as soon as I saw that I figured it was just too good to pass up. The down side is that it's a few weeks away and not the dates that my vacation was for. The original dates that I wanted- just a few days off were over 700.00 a ticket.
I didn't get this great of flights last year for this price.
