Battery Hill

Hey everyone. I'm interested in the studio cottage at Battery Hill for someone and I'm wondering about a couple of things. Has the construction of Grand Estates ruined the view of the harbor? Also, the cottage is poolside so does it tend to be noisy?

We stayed at Battery Hills three times but have not stayed there since the construction. We had friends who stayed in the poolside cottage and they did not complain about the noise but there were very few people staying there at the time. I would think if there were party people around the pool late at night that it could be noisy. If these folks want to do any cooking, the arrangements aren't too great for that. I believe there were only a microware and electric skillet with a tiny sink for washing. I found that the town noise in the upper units was bothersome at night. It was fine when I was in the Beach Bar having fun but when I trudged back up the hill and wanted to go to sleep, it was noisy.
