Where am I?
Where am I?
Good morning!
After going through some of my pictures from my first (and definitely NOT last) trip to St. John, I ran across one that I need some help identifying. I know that it's definitely from the east end of the island, a couple of miles past Skinny Legs.
Anyway, just wondering if someone with a bit more knowledge of the island could tell me what beach I'm standing on.
Thanks for the help!

I think Lex is right, the poster is at Haulover North. That looks like Tortola in the background. jbstern, you would know for sure because if you went to Haulover North, you would have walked through the woods for about 5 minutes on a fairly flat path to reach the beach. Haulover South is right off the road.

Thanks to everyone for the help! Now I'll be able to correctly caption my photos!
As an aside, I would like to praise all of the members of this forum for helping make my wedding/honeymoon the greatest week of my life. My wife and I got married on Hawksnest of May 24 and you guys served as a wealth of knowledge for the last year as I tried to absorb every little bit about the island as I could. Everything went off without a hitch and I felt like we were able to hit all of the spots we wanted to without any wasted time. Count me in as a believer in the magic of St. John!

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your wedding! Since you are captioning your photos, does this mean we have a trip report and pictures to look forward to? It would be fun to see wedding pictures from STJ.jb4stern wrote:Thanks to everyone for the help! Now I'll be able to correctly caption my photos!
