Bringing family any ideas

Post by nancyr84 »

Hi,
We are planning to bring some family members to St John for the first time. I am trying to find a villa that I think will please everyone. We need a 3 bedroom, with air in bedrooms. Pool that gets a lot of sun. A newer Villa would please my sister in law. Easy drive to North Shore beaches. Prefer up higher with great view. Equal size master bedrooms with 3rd bedroom on same level as one of the masters. Budget off season around $3000, maybe a bit more. Does anyone have anything that comes to mind ?

Sunnyledge above Frances fits the bill. It's a great house.

I don't think Sunnyledge has a pool. Maybe Villa Carolina, Blue Palm Villa, Mayan Sky or Adeste. If you are looking at off-season, you may want to look at more bedrooms as well. The price isn't always much higher, especially off-season. We need 3 BR too, but are also considering about Casa Luna (5BR), and Ixora (also 5BR). We haven't seen any of these in reality, but they are the ones that I have saved. I don't think you mentioned location. All of these are closer to Coral Bay.

We just stayed in Villa Bijou last week. I think it would work great for you. Really nice pool. 3 equal sized masters, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs. View of Great Cruz Bay, about midway up the hill.

We're doing Mayan Sky with VIVA this December. Sounds like it fits your bill.

We just stayed at Amani through Island Getaways. 2 equal size bedrooms, each w bath on main level, and a 3rd bedroom w. bath up a flight of stairs ( inside). this room is great for kids. Might be a bit more than u wanted to pay, but it is really nice. In a great neighborhood and convenient to everyting.
