Villa Splash?? Anyone?

soooo, plan B is in full effect...and we are strugglin' to find a place that accepts young kids and is available for our dates.....Villa "splash" came up and I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on it? Looks GREAT!!!!!

PS....thanks for all of your help, advice, support.........it means a lot!!!!
