Some folks also call it SARE-in-oosa. But I did do a podcast with the project's primary real estate broker, John McCann. http://barnako.typepad.com/news_of_st_j ... index.html I think we were calling it SIR-in-oosa.

No 1 is correct, It's the italian pronunciation, meaning A Siren, (songtres, not horn) I believe.

I've heard it's often pronounced "Sir-e-nuisance" ;)
