Has anyone rented from them recently? I am trying to determine if they add a service charge fee to their prices. I didn't see anything about it on their website.

The few I've checked are charging 8% plus an additional 5%. I'm sorry but that really frosts me...

Yes, St. John Ultimate Villas charges 5% service charge. Kristin is a wonderful lady to work with though. Great attitude and always with a smile.

Don't think of it as a service charge, just imagine the rate is 5% higher, its easier to swallow that way.

The reason they add the 5% is that they don't have to split that with the owners. I do the same as Ben just figure it into the cost.
