Does anyone have info on a new market across from the car barge terminal?

Per an article in Frank Barnako's e-newsletter -
" land across from the old barge dock on St. John. Almost under cover of night, Our Market was built and opened, and few people knew what had happened and how scarce parking land had suddenly disappeared. "

Our Market is not new - it opened immediately after the Governor, previous to Turnbull, left office ... under the cover of night, nearly, he gave it a lease on land that could have been used for public parking.

"Our Market" is a friendly, local place ... lots of vegetables and a little food, I think. I've seen tables out in front, behind a cute prefab-fence. It's opposite the old car barge site, surrounded by a rental car operation.
