I wish I would have checked in here earlier.
That was so sad about Eight Belles. She was my pick and she did run a great race, but what a tragic ending.
Thank you MaryBeth. You're very sweet. We couldn't go to the Derby this year, due to other commitments. You'd think everything in Kentucky, not Derby related, would be cancelled here on Derby Day. Unfortunately that's not the case. We did go to the Oaks on Friday. I will try to post pictures later.
