nope, not this time. TaminArk already booted me outta there :) This time it's Villa Capiz. An older place but everything I have read and heard is that it is well maintained so hope that's the case!

Pia, keep your eye on that Aerobed for the next year! In fact maybe I should just by one, send it to you or Ruth and keep it "on island" LOL

MB - I felt bad about getting your villa! Glad your going to get to STJ anyway. I think you will like Villa Capiz. We are working on a May trip and having a hard time finding a place. We are wanting the second week of May for 3 couples. Suggestions please!
It has to have AC in at least the bedrooms and pool/hottub. We don't want the Coral Bay side. We prefer Choc.Hole or Northshore.

Hi Mary Beth - no problem on the Aerobed :D and Taminark check this one out - I have toured this villa and I think you might like it and I believe it is available when you need (not sure of your exact dates though)

MB.-Glad I am forgiven. You and Mr. Charlie will have to come by Bongo Bogno for a Post-Thanksgiving drink. Be aware that the security at the gate will pat you down while they are looking for explosives, wontons, or suspicious oil!

I guess we can see if y'all fit in to our schedule! But if you hear anything that sounds like fried wontons hitting your windows at night, it's not us! LOL

(ps, it's a running joke in my family that if someone has company or a party and other family members aren't invited, they threaten to go throw rocks at the windows during the party! :) Beware LARGE tree frogs while you are there! :)

Mary Beth, we stayed at Villa Capiz in 2002 (pre-pool), and loved it. It has excellent evening views and great privacy. The owners had a lot of nice touches in the villa.

Enjoy! I'd stay at the villa again in a heartbeat!!

isn't it just the best to be able to plan a trip again? villa capiz has been on our list of possibilities-i realize it's in the future, but villa reviews are always appreciated! what fun to look forward to another trip :D
