Southern Exposure villa, please help!
We have crossed so many villas off our list because we have to vacation at the most expensive time. Southern Exposure came to our attention but I can't find any information or reviews on it other than the agency website. Can somebody please help?
We stayed in Southern Exposure, and would certainly recommend it. But keep in mind that our visit was two years ago this coming June, so it is possible that things may have changed.
The villa was quite comfortable and well appointed.
We are a family of five, and the home was perfect for us. Mom and Dad enjoyed the privacy of the separate master bedroom in the cabanna. One of the two bedrooms on the lower level has only an outside entrance -- you exit the bedroom to the outside to re-enter the main part of the lower level. My college-age son used that room, so it was not a big deal.
The four bathrooms were a plus. Lots of decking, which we enjoyed both day and night. The view is very nice.
The villa's great room is not air-conditioned, and it got a little warm during a couple of the evenings. But all four bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is well equipped -- lots of little extras.
The rental company was very good & responsive to a couple of minor issues which came up (Ex.: The DVD player died; a replacement was delivered the next day.)

Thanks so much for information. Since I wasn't hearing from anyone on this post for awhile...again thank you for responding... I posted the same question on trip advisor and the owner contacted me. So I asked him several questions. We are looking forward to our time there as this is our first time.
