fishing forums

Post by sea-nile »

My son asked me, "how did you find your VI forum, mom? I am looking for a good fishing forum". He wanted me to ask here when I told him how friendly everyone is here and how I have found out so much good information not even related the the USVI's.

So, does anyone know of any good fishing forums, WI or otherwise? He is so into fishing now. He wants me to take him in Florida and I don't have a clue about anything, and he goes around here all of the time too.

Thanks everyone.

Hey Sea-Nile, I have done a ton of deep sea fishing on the east coast, but we did not have forums in those days! We were after Marlin mostly. Find out what kind of fish he is interested in and then do a search on that. It can be a long and expensive day but its worth it when you're in the fighting chair! My DJ started out with catfish on the lake and has become quite the angler!

That's an excellent question. I normally just enter the subject that I'm looking for and the word forum in Goggle. I suspect that fishing is too broad of a term. Try Bass fishing or something more specific. He'll no doubt find more than one forum. Then it's a matter of determining which one is the most useful.

This is one that I know about from the Abaco forum since a lot of fisherman travel to the Abacos.
