Morgan's Point Villa?

Thanks for everyone's great feedback on my questions about Spirit Air!!

Now that we have the flights settled, we thought we might ought to find a place to stay... We've waited too long to get the ones at the top of our list that we've read about from many of you, but one I haven't heard about that was recommended by the lady at Carefree is Morgan's Point. It has pretty much everything on our desired list, although we preferred the Coral Bay side, and MP is in Great Cruz Bay.

We found a couple of nice reviews on TripAdvisor from a few years ago. Has anyone on the Forum stayed in this villa before? What is this general area like, as far as noise or construction? Also, we haven't rented through Carefree before... How are they?

Morgan Point is a great house. It has beautiful views and a nice layout with large bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit dated in décor and small but efficient. The neighborhood is nice with many rental homes, but still quiet and convenient to town. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and the hot tub location is private.
Carefree is a great company to work with. They are super nice and have been in the business and on island for many years.

I stayed there in 2002. Good value. Great views to the west of STT, Pillsbury Sound, and GCB, including the Westin. Nice exposure to the tradewinds.
