down to 3 choices...I think

Post by Kathyzhere »

Happy Valentine's Day forumites!

Okay now I need help yet again with villa choices...

Skyway
Vistaero
Villa Tesori

Any feedback from all you STJ lovers? Was originally planning for Chateau Margot; not going to work for us, sooo...here we go again! 5 couples and they're pretty much leaving it up to me  so I'd appreciate ANY input regarding these 3.

Thanks!

My friends are staying at Skyway starting next Saturday so they can provide feedback after their trip. We're staying at Villa Tesori in May so we can let you know late May. Our other friends stayed at Tesori last May and loved it! Guess I'm not really helping but affirming you have great taste! :)

Since you have five couples who will want privacy, I'd focus on the layout of each villa to confirm which is best and use that as your primary criteria - just my 2 cents.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks for your compliment and your $.02  Please let your friends know that I anxiously await their thoughts on Skyway. Love that it's so new, the views look fantastic and LOTS of outdoor living. Plus I figure the hot tub should be in decent working order since it's new. Read a few comments about Vistaero's not working at all times. The "other half" and I will be staying on STT in June so by then we should have our villa reserved for STJ and hopefully we'll get to check it out. Thanks again Nancy.

Hi Keep Left,
Thanks for your reply :D I would love to know about the lovely Tesori and right from the builder/former owner...how wonderful! Does the unit under the pool have plenty of light? All bedrooms equal in size? How many cars can be parked in driveway? Would you be so helpful and kind as to email me any pics you may have that would help me to decide? I would sooo appreciate your time. I'll give you my email addy in a PM.

Thanks and enjoy the weekend!

Okay, I went ahead and put a hold on Vistaero! Yahoo!! :D Mostly due to the layout and bdrm equality. The outdoor space looks VERY adequate and the bdrms seem to be more alike than the other 2 villas. We'll be on STT in June and hopefully we'll get the chance to check out Vistaero for real then.

I guess I need to get some countdowns going on...

Enjoy 8)

My group of 9 will be at Vistaero in April. I'll let you know what we find! I was absolutely sold on the beautiful outdoor spaces; we love hanging around the pool with cocktails and Vistaero looks perfect for that!

Hey Hey Paula,

I can already picture myself with a "whizzing blender" at the poolside bar waiting on the gorgeous sunsets! 8)
