LOL! You ARE a brave girl! I'mcypressgirl wrote:Last time I rode a horse on a beach he threw me off because he saw a piece of barbed wire mostly buried under the sand. Before that, I was thrown off a horse in Col. at a Dude Ranch. We were up and down mountains all day and were galloping into the ranch and a kid threw a ball in front of my horse and he rared up and I hit the grown. Last May I was in Va. and the Homestead Resort and my horses saddle was too loose and it fell sideways when the horse made a turn and I fell to the muddy trail. In a couple of weeks I will be on another horse in Arizona. I'm sure he will see a rattle snake and throw me right on it. Can't wait.

I have not been able to get a reply from Colette, but my buddy, Rev. Stu, recommended Cruz Bay Watersports. He said they have a new guy from STT named James that is fantastic. They do their intro dive off a boat instead of shoreline and take a max of 4. I'm thinking since we would have 3, maybe that would be all for that day. They depart from the Westin and I could sit and have a few beverages while they do their thing. Does anyone have any experience with Cruz Bay Watersports for any kind of diving?
Once again, thanks!

Cypressgirl-
I certified with Cruz Bay watersports back in 1997, they were great but that was when the Westin was being rebuilt (Hilton) so the boat wasn't crowded. I've gone out with them a couple time in past years but prefer Lowkey because Cruz Bay watersports "in my opinion" is set up for the Westin people and usually has a full boat. If you are going to get certified though I'm sure it would be fine but remember when they say there's only four, it means one instructor for four divers (training) and not four people on the boat.
