Although this looks like a handy little gadget, I can't help but laugh every time I see anything having to do with a noodle after that illustration that was posted before. Anthony, was that you who posted it? I remember Linne had a question about it, right?

This is great. We LOVE noodle chairs - so easy to pack and then get the noodles on island and give them away to folks on the beach on the last day. Now they have Big Boss Noodle Chairs and even Noodle Lounges. Hope that they soon will figure out how to make them with drink holders!

Now, where did that "riding the wicked sea serpent" illustration come from - looks like a whole different kind of noodle?!?!?!?!?!?

So funny that you still remember that noodle story.
Like CG I still can laugh thinking of the drawing.
Remember that a noodle for me was something you eat.
I couldn't understand why people were telling me that I could use a noddle to bring me from NH II to the seashore. Anthony's drawing confused me of course a little, but luckily shortly after someone send a picture of a noodle. I just laughed so the tears rolled down my cheeks. So hubby had to take a pic of me on a noodle, when we were there, but I'm sorry: I don't look like the "lady" on the drawing.

Not MargyZ, but we did get our noodles on island, so I hope this helps.

We got some of them at the drug store at the marketplace and some at Pine Peace market.

They are about twice as much ($4 instead of $2) as they are here.

Lulu, thank you! I want to bring the mesh chairs that you slip the noodles into. $4 is certainly worth not having to blow up floats for the family!

What are these floats like? Anyone got a picture? I was going to get the mesh inflatable one that we have at TRU, but this sounds like it might work better. I spent my whole morning blowing up my float last time, but hopefully the next folks enjoyed it!

Lulu, I cannot place the picture here but if you go to eBay and type in "noodle chair" there are a few for sale and one listing has the picture. These are so light and easy to pack. They also sell them at Target and probably pool stores as well. The one at Target was about $10 give or take. Hope that helps![/img]
