Not recent (19 years ago), but have stayed a couple of times and enjoyed the house and the location. I drove out there this year and the road is paved just about the whole way now.
HI there, We stayed out there in 2004. Fantastic place but was a bit of a hike to go into town or the north shore. We really enjoyed and would stay again.
