Thanks for all of your efforts in giving us all great reports to enjoy. By the way, it's not just you; I have no interest in going to Jost, or anywhere else when we go to STJ. Shoot, you spend all that money to go to STJ, why stress about going somewhere else? I mean if I wanna tour the BVI's I'll do that on another trip. I just like to park my butt in Coral Bay, go to whatever beach we feel like going to on any given day. Anyway, it sounds as if you both had a great time. Now get busy preparing for the holidays!

Great report Mary Beth. Loved all the pics - even though the food porn made me hungry.

Agee with not wanting to leave St. John. We finally did exactly what JT said - planned a trip to the BVI's and visited Jost, VG, Anegada , etc. Lately, I don't even leave St. John for a shopping trip in STT - and this is one shopaholic here

Whenever you do go back, it will still be like you just left yesterday.

Thanks everyone. It is good to do the TR to relive it all in your mind, as Flip Flop said.

When I am going back remains to be seen. The reasonable me says I have to wait until 2009. But I'm some times not that reasonable!

I know we won't be planning to return in '08 but if something strikes my fancy in a special "deal" or I come in to some sort of cash windfall I will be back in the blink of an eye. Never say never.

MB I know what you mean. Gromit and I picked June 09 because she wants to take a new high school grad along. I am SO tempted to work on her as soon as she returns (TOMORROW) to up it to Thanksgiving 08.

I really liked the weather and quietness of November. Plus, by LATE November most risk of hurricane is gone.

Wow, great reports, wonderful pictures. Hate that flight delay...don't tell me, it was US Air right? That'll probably be the plane taking us down in a few weeks. Thanks for taking the time to write.

Loved your trip report! Funny how you mentioned wontongirl. We were getting our tickets for the noon ferry and I kept thinking this woman looked really familiar. We left our bags with a porter and went to say goodbye to Ruth. We asked who she had seen all week and she mentioned that Tami (wontingirl) was on the same ferry as us. That's who it was!! I met her after we got to STT. Ended up we were on the same flight. We saw Dave (dclapp) at the airport too. He had his forum shirt on. I'm thinking we will be going back in May. We may skip Jost next time too

I don't want your reports to end! I'm so glad your long awaited trip report was so good. We experienced the same thing seeing two of the same groups everywhere we went in August. It worked great because they had one child in their group that was the same age as the one child in our group.

You have me considering skipping Jost in May. The rest of our group hasn't been, but I'm not sure I want another day away from STJ. We'll see!

Loved all the reports and pics. We too had delayed flights home just part of traveling these days. Girl ya do some mean food porn I'm hungry again.
