Reverse countdown: 5 months SINCE St. John
Reverse countdown: 5 months SINCE St. John
So today's the five month anniversary since we left for our trip to St. John. I can't believe it's been that long. I check this site periodically but all of the recent trip reports have me jonesing for another trip, in a major way.
This post really has no point, other than to say I really miss the island, especially now that the weather is getting cold here. Also, screw all of you folks and your donkey pictures. You make it look like donkeys are as common as water. Stupid donkeys.

When we (SOTB) were at Francis. Those damn a$$es wouldn't leave us along. First, the were in our bags looking for food and booze

Next thing you know, BeeCypressTX was partying with the Donkey. They were drinking Ting & Rum

After the drinks were flowing, VaGirl and the drunken a$$ got a little frisky. (Note: I don't think that this was the first drunken a$$ VaGirl has ever gotten frisky with

How the heck cold is it in Georgia? We are freezing our a$$'s off here in Michigan. The wind chill was 10 yesterday morning and I'm sure it's just as bad today.alw1977 wrote:I told you people. The donkeys, they mock me.
Funny funny about the pink hat.
Maybe I can talk my husband into a winter getaway. This cold weather stuff really isn't working for me.
I too was wanting to see a donkey while we were there too, but not one. Bug, that was a really cute montage.
I'll have you know it 39 degrees in Georgia right now, with a high today of 50 degrees. Michigan cold it isn't, but there's a good reason I won't live north of North Carolina. I'm not built for it.
Plus, I'll use any excuse to beg for another trip to St. John. Sue me.
Oh, and you SOTB girls? You are braggarts with your donkey pics. You make the donkeys look like fun, when in fact I know they are elusive and evasive. Who would've thought that donkeys like cocktails? Live and learn, I guess.

They must have been attracted to us...or had heard we were there. For the past 3 years I've made trips to St. John, I never could find the da** things; then we go to Francis and they were all over the place!
