sunset view condo --- sweet dream condos
Anyone know anything about this condo and whether it's worth the price?
I would say that I'd need more info to make comment. Do you need to stay in Cruz Bay? Are you renting a Jeep? How many are you? When are you visiting?
With the little info posted, I would say that there are many on island villas for close to the same rate that would be better choices, IMO,
P.S. Welcome!!!

The Condo complez is right in town and I would guess that it would get fairly loud at times. The road that it is on is well travelled with the larger trucks on the island.
If it were me, I would not stay there, but if you are looking to be right in the thick of things within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, you may like it.

Sienna,
I saw this condo and it is very nicely furnished. However, it is a one room studio (you can close off the bedroom, I believe.). Most people who rent it are those that are there for business. So, if you have other options, I'd consider those. Cruz Views are nice condos and priced moderately.

can someone put me in contact with kellyanne?
There are just 2 of us. We are considering coming to st john in Feb or march 2008. We like the idea of being in walking distance to the bars. We like to be social at times. We aren't sure about a jeep yet, but we may. We are just now starting to learn about st john. We are trying to keep the price reasonable so that we can stay at least 7 days, maybe 9. Thanks for all your help. I'm sure I'll have more questions later.

Hi Sienna,
Our first trip to St John, we stayed at Villa Bougainvilla by Dinald Schnell, it was in an awesome area for availablility to town & also for grabbing a cab to 6 beaches in 8 days. It was very reasonably priced.
I have attached a few other smaller villa's that have been referred to me in the last 1 year for a smaller group, they may be worth checking out.
PS, we have been trice & never rented a car, but we stayed in Cruz Bay, which gave us this option.
It really is doeable without a car in staying in town.
Good Luck

Here are some other options, all in the Frank Bay neighborhood:
