Villa Rates - Number of Persons vs Number of Rooms

Yes, Margy - there are a LOT of stories! Maybe I'll write a book someday. 
Honestly, most people are very nice, but there are some doozies out there and they really take the cake.
We had one group go so far as to have the number of people they said were staying at the villa meet the rep on the dock, get their rental car, go to the villa and then take the rental car back to town after the rep left to pick up the rest of their party (and another rental car, BTW)
They ended up getting caught because there were some electrical problems at the house, and we had a tech go out there one day to work on it while the group was gone. The tech noticed that all the rooms/bathrooms had stuff in them and happened to mentioned it to the property mgmt co. since they were expecting the room they were mainly going to be working on would be empty. On a hunch, the mgmt co called the rental car place and found that they had two reservations under the same name (they would have not needed more than one car for the number they said they had.) The mgmt company confronted the guests and they finally fessed up. They actually had more "extra" people than the original group!!!
The stories from our one house could fill a book - I can't imagine how many someone who runs a property mgmt company has...
