Any future/current construction near Jumbie Bay?

Just wondering if anyone is aware of ongoing or near future (within one year) construction or remodeling on the north shore near Jumbie. We/re renting Sago Palms and I know the next door house had some construction for a while, but don't know if it's finished. At least Hawksview Estate is completed. I'll be there next summer.
