help with villa

Hi all..."thinking" of planning our next trip (always planning) to STJ...our 7th. Need some input from you all...looking for a 4 bedroom or large 3 bedroom ( with maybe extra, like a pull out couch or extra twin in one of the rooms, or loft). Have to have ac in the bedrooms, pool, and a hut tub would be a plus. Love Great Cruz Bay Estates, but willing to try new area close to CB. Have stayed at Lavendar Hill, Gallows Point, Palm Terrace, Beach Villa twice, and Westin.
Whats your favorite villa??? I know this has been posted bofore, but duh me didnt pay attention.

We rented Villa Sea View from Seaview Homes this past June. ($3100 for a party of 5 for 1 week) Chocolate Hole location. 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms all with a/c. Large great room (no a/c there and it was kinda hot), good kitchen, nice pool, washer/dryer, internet access, plenty of room to park cars. 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay. Very close to the Starfish Market. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower level with outside staircase entrance (be careful in the dark and not good for small kiddies).
Seaview Homes has several other large homes you can check out as well.
