Satellite Photo of St. John
Satellite Photo of St. John
There is a great satellite photo of STJ hanging in the Town and Country's real estate office in Mongoose Junction. I would love to have one for my husband's birthday, but have had no luck finding it with Google or the real estate office. Any ideas?

If you can't find a satellite photo, perhaps an aerial would suffice. There are a bunch to chose from.

I bought one of Anguilla for my wife.

Is this the one you're looking for?

Here's a bigger version. Just hit the "view full size picture" button to view it then right click and save.

You go to the art/frame store in the Lumberyard. Ask to speak to the owner. He may have one on display already framed, but he probably can't sell it to you as it is already sold. He'll graciously give you the name and phone # of a guy. You'll call the guy. He'll ask which size; you want the big one. The two of you will arrange to meet someplace, maybe the northermost stairs at Mongoose. You'll pay cash (maybe check). He'll give you the map/photo in a heavyduty shipper tube.
That is actually how I obtained mine. And it is beautiful, better even than what you have seen in this thread. What I have is a color enhanced picture made from several high altitude photos. Gorgeous color, no clouds-best rendering I've ever seen-as soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted it. It is called "The St. John Photomosaic Project." The contact was Bill Stelzer.
