HELLO everyone, Im back

Post by destiny92782 »

Hi everybody, Im back from my 2 week vacation. We got back around 1am. I was very sad to leave. WE did so much and had so much fun. This trip was my first time to go to St. John and let me tell you I fell in love and I want to go back. I want to know where all the beaches are that you guys go to. Like, what is the beach that has the 4 parking spots then you have to walk to down the stars, i think it was right before cinnimon?? Anyways, I was only able to go to hawsnest and cinnimon and my trip to STJ but I want to find all of the beaches next time, im already planning, just gotta find them (hint hint) Anyways, I have so many pictures and things and I will try to post them if i can figure it out.

Thanks

The beach with the stairs across the street from the parking area is Jumbie.

Welcome back. Glad you enjoyed!

Glad you enjoyed and fell in love. We plan to hit more beaches this trip too. We did take the walk down the stairs, but Jumbie wasn't somewhere we stayed for very long, it was secluded though.

Maho was one of our favorites and that's the one where you just pull into the trees off the road and the beach is right there.

Enjoy planning your return!

here are some pictures from Jumbie. The first picture, although not great, shows the stairs as I was walking back up to the road.

It's love a first sight alright for many of us. Sounds like it happened to you for sure.

If you want to find all the great beaches of STJ you MUST bet the book Foot, Fins and Four-Wheel Drive (available on this forum as well as on Amazon). It's really a must have when exploring the island.

Where did you stay and when are you going back?
