Need help with info on inflatable boat rental USVI

Post by Johnhiattfann »

Leaving for USVI Sat and hoping to find an inflatable boat to rent for a day or two. Has been a while since I have operated a boat and would feel more comfortable with this type.

My first trip to USVI and any help would be appreciated.

I am surprised nobody's responded to you yet....everyone knows of Noah's Little Arks. They are located right outside the Beach Bar - on the beach. You can reserve the boat for a full or half day. They provide you with a little map of the island so you know where you can and can't go (i.e. staying away from the BVIs without checking into customs). Have a great trip!!

ON STJ, Noah's Ark in Cruz Bay and Crabby's in Coral Bay both rent dinghies. We hear almost all positve things about both of them. Can't help you STT or STX.
I'm a pretty big John Hiatt fan,too.

Crabby's Rental

Post by Joe and Cathy »

We were down in June and I checked with Crabby's in Coral Bay about renting an inflatable boat. I noticed that the motors were missing from his rental boats as I parked. Was informed that they were out of the boat rental business for now. Primarily due to an increase of insurance rates for Crabby's to cover rental of the boats. They had chosen not to nenew the policy again this year.
