Almost time!

Post by Barb Y »

Well, I am just about ready. We are headed down to my Mom's in NY after work tomorrow. We will then meet up with my brother and his family at JFK and fly out early Friday morning. I can't believe it is almost here. Thanks so much for all of your great trip report and do's and don'ts. Thanks for the bug and shark reports. I think I have convinced myself to face my horrible fear of sharks starting with the little ones by the Beach Bar. Who knows after a few painkillers I might try and touch one. Anyway, thanks again. I hope to run into the gang at the Beach Bar on Sunday night. Have a safe trip! For those of you watching your tickers, watch closely cause the time flies. Have a good one. Ba :D rb

Have fun Barb. Don't feed the sharks too much. I don't want them to get too big by the time I arrive. I have a feeling they aren't going anywhere if they're being hand fed. :?

Can't wait for another trip report!!

I know you're going to have a great time Barb! Just remember to maintain that "island-time" frame of mind! 8)

We haven't seen The Beach Bar Sharks in a few days. At least not the ones in the water!
I looked and looked with a friend a few days ago and we were quite disappointed in the lack of baby sharks.
The people who work on the beach tell me they haven't seen them in "a while". I'm not sure if it's because they stopped feeding them shrimp or if its a natural thing, but I think these baby black tips grew up and moved on.
