He's doing just fine. In fact, we had lunch together when he was out here in Los Angeles mid May.

I signed it. I spent 168 hours in the area during my trip to St. John this past week, and the 1 hour I spent on White Bay at the Soggy Dollar was absolutely the best hour of the week!

Thanks PromoGuy. We visit White Bay on every trip to the VI. This would ruin its charm. We're sending it on to our friends.

As I wrote on another forum:
My favorite saying. Tourism, our best asset and our worst enemy. Unfortunately I doubt that any petitions will work as once they see opportunity to increase business, they will, even if those that like the way it is object.
I remember years ago when JVD got electricity, water, and Cable TV the same year and how it changed them. First thing Sydney told me was that he was going to build docks so the boats can pull in and hook up to his electricity and water. I tried to explain to him that this is not why the people come here. They come here for the simplicity and quietness. Oh well. Now it looks like White Bay will be next.

I signed it yesterday, and signed hubby's name today.
We love it there and don't want it to change!
