I remember seeing pictures of his pool area when he hosted the University of Tennessee women's basketball team there a couple of years ago. Is that the place he sold?

The article said he still owns property there. I thought he was just selling a parcel of land (the site of his wedding I think), not his home in Peter Bay.

Here is the article I was talking about - has he sold both this parcel of land and his home too? Guess he lives in the Cruz Bay area now.

The parcel of land is still up for sale, and he supposedly has a home in Chocolate Hole and Susannaberg...don't worry, he has plenty of places to stay down here on St. John!

He does own a small home in Chocolate Hole. It is the first one he bought when he came to St John. Intended to use it as a base and then have stafff and/or guests use it when they are on St John.
We used to stay there every year and were one of the last renters before he closed on the property.
It is a very uassuming place but I understand he was going to do a remodel. Not much land to work with but originally it was the same layout as Allesandra, without the larger pool. I have always wanted to drive bye when we were on island but never did, as I would feel like I was some sort of stalker.
Perhaps that is the home they were speaking about his keeping, or maybe he purchased something larger.

I've been waiting for the final paperwork to clear before i told you guys, but Ron has let the cat out of the bag. I found some spare change under the couch cushions and made a deal with Kenny.
