Anybody have experience doing this? If so, any details appreciated including dealing with the photos and videos post trip.

I dropped by to check them out October 2014. They are next to STJ Spice. Here's what I heard first hand: You bring your own MicroSD card for the GoPro. You can use the free GoPro software to edit your video.
I have a GoPro and its pretty simple to use at its most simple settings. A LOT of video fits on a 64GB chip. I use mine less than expected due to the usual challenge of the camera getting in the way of the experience. My nephews loved it.
