Also lurking mostly. I am SO jealous of your airfare posts. Had to spend more than $1000 each for RT airfare from MN in February. But hey.... it's still worth it. Don't want to be anyplace else. Will spend 2 weeks in Coral Bay mid Feb. Anxious to try the new Indigo Grill. Will hit Skinny's, Tourist Trap, and Shipwreck of course. Staying just up the hill from Aqua Bistro. Whatever moved into the grocery space there? Loved Oasis the last time we were there, and plan to hit it regularly this time. Is Sogo's still open in Cruz? Loved their goat curry. One of those hidden gems.

Dolphin Market has opened where Lily's was...

and further out the road toward Salt Pond is the Calabash Market...

Both look great, and I am looking forward to trying both... wonder if the Indigo Grill will be serving breakfast??? Over a year ago, we liked breakfast at Chateau Bordeaux ... http://www.chateaubordeaux.net/

(personal note... Two months and two days... OMG!!)

What airline? We have never scored better than $525 from Houston and were super happy with that.

US Airways...we have to overnight in Charlotte, NC, but i have hotel points. I'm not thrilled with having to fly Scareways, but I'll just have to suck it up...lol. We're leaving on June 13, arriving at STT at about 1:35pm on the 14th. We're doing the same thing on the way back home.

Ron,
We will be on the same flight from Charlotte to St. Thomas and can't wait.
Wish I could change my ticker to show the trip in June.

When I first booked the flights, the flight from Charlotte to STT was direct. Now, we have to leave several hours earlier (6:30am) to pick up folks in Philly...ugh. I was insistent that we get to STT at my original time. Arriving at 1:30 gives to plenty of time to get my car, drive to Red Hook and be on St John by 4:00.

It's been my general observation that folks that fly from the East Coast to STT get really good airfares. From the South, pretty good deals, not as cheap as the EC. The Midwest (we're in Central Ohio), not so good. We got $570 each RT from Columbus Ohio to STT in August, and counted ourselves very lucky. We've paid as high as almost $800 RT. To the poster above from MN, I feel your pain!

No trip in the works. I tend to post more when I have an upcoming trip, plus our new filter at work has blocked this website. Grrr.. :D Hope you all have a wonderful 2015.

They plan to be adding lunch service very shortly, but have not heard of any plans to include breakfast. Since they are Rhumblines folks perhaps Sunday brunch may be in their future plans!
