2014 St John Carnival

We will be on St John May 31-June 8th. I just noticed that on Friday June 6th there will be a Festival Beach Jam at 7:00pm at the waterfront in Cruz Bay. Can anyone confirm that, as well as any other details (i.e. who will be playing there). Hoping to see Inner Visions again while we are on island, but I don't see any engagements from 5/31-6/8 when I looked at their facebook event page.
Any info or details would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Sabalpom. I had seen that schedule on a website (possibly Windspree, not positive), but somewhere I also saw mentioned that the schedule was preliminary and just reflected the 2013 dates for now until the dates get firmed up.

Just checked their schedule on their website. Looks like they are playing the Beach Bar on June 12. Guess you are leaving before then but I am pleasantly surprised to get a chance to see them before we leave.

I know.... June 12th is too late, and they are doing a private function on May 31st. Still hoping something will get scheduled. They are one of our favorites - we listen to them often back home to bridge our visits! Really enjoyed them at Beach Bar this past Dec. 7th, and 2 years prior when they used to do Thursday nights at High Tide. Enjoy them on the 12th!

Gonna be in St John Cruz Bay for the 4th of July, first time in St. John. Any suggestions on best place to have dinner and watch fireworks over the bay?

tmdriftrrr I will be there also. I suggest the Beach Bar. Kurt Schindler playing there at 10pm (after the fireworks). He is from St. Croix & is excellent!!!

Thanks for the info, we're going to rent a boat and sit in the bay to watch the fireworks, so maybe hit the Beach Bar afterwards!
