Peace O Heaven? or other villa in Cruz Bay area?

Good Morning,
Its getting to be that time when I have to pick a villa for our next trip. It will be in Oct/Nov. We are hoping to bring another couple and share our new discovery of this paradise .
I have been looking at a few villa's in Cruz Bay. We were staying in Coral Bay last July and loved it, but the drive to Cruz Bay was longer then we would like.

There is a villa on Pocket Money hill called "Peace O Heaven" that looks lovely..but I cant find any reviews newer then a year or two...
Has anyone stayed there with in the last year? I have read about noise and not comfortable beds, but as I said that was a few years ago...

Any info on this place or any suggestions on another place at a comparable area and price, would be greatly appreciated..
