Rental House for next October
Hi All,
We are a family of two sets of grandparents, two grandchildren and their parents. We have been looking at houses for a month or more and have narrowed it down by pricing and houses that have an entrance to at least two bdrms from inside the house. Also the location. Pool area is also important. These are the 4 houses we would like reviews on and hopefully someone has been there and can give us some advice.

Since you implied some mobility issues in wanting 2 of the bedrooms on the main level. I suggest you inquire as to the accessibility of the villa from the parking area. From the pics on VRBO it looks like some of these places have a lot of steps to get into the building from the parking area. This is pretty typical on this hilly island.
So if this is a concern be sure to ask specifically about how many steps, what type of steps, etc.

Hi,
we just want the bdrm access from inside because of the two children. Worried about them going outside. we can lock any slider from inside as long as there is inside doors.

jazz Villa is the only one on the list that I am a little bit familiar with.
At that time of year, good AC would be my first concern. I hesitate to mention it with out confirmation but I think I remember someone staying at Jazz in the summer, with kids and the common areas of the house were crazy hot.
How many bedrooms do you need? And price range?
We loved Bay Rum Breeze. It has two interior bedrooms and one suite accessed from the pool area. AC in all the bedrooms and the house has afternoon shade and is on the top of the mountain.
For a 4br, all interior access, Casa de son adores was good. The pool sits away from the house a bit.
