Open Restaurants

I will be on St John 11/29-12/06. Will most of the restaurants be open? Can someone tell me what restaurants will be during that week?

All with the exception of Sweet Plantains. We have been on St. John the first week of December for the past few years, and they have not been open yet. We are going Dec. 7th-15th this year and hoping to finally get there towards the end of our stay (unless they open after the 14th). Hoping to try their Fri/Sat. curry nights (finally!)
