I have a couple of friends going to STT and one of them is an avid smoker. What is the law in STT on smoking and is it truly enforced?

No smoking in any business or public building - strictly enforced inside - no smoking within 20' of any business or building entrance -- not very strict in general but some places are very strict eg. the airport, Courthouse, some Marinas, Ferry Terminals, etc.
