FYI: KAYAK offering deal at Westin STJ

I think most of the forumites prefer a nice villa, but hey, it looked like a good deal if you wanted to escape to STJ before 8/17/13. I know I can't do it, but maybe someone else would be interested?

I checked this out just to see how it would come out...
First it said $850..That would be a great price because we can seldom get airfare from DFW to STT for much less than that..So I started going through like I would book, then noticed it had your location of Ft. Lauderdale.
When I changed it for airfare departing from DFW..It went up to $1250....

Thought I might actually luck out and squeeze in a trip. Nope...

I know Pam, I'm in KC and I tried it too for the heck of it, but we would of had to find a flight to ft lauderdale, then pick up spirit airlines which flies out of ft lauderdale to get the 800.00 deal. Sometimes we can get a flight with southwest for cheap to ft launderdale...I've paid as low as 69.00 one way! I think those cheap fares are gone for good....sorry it didn't work out!

Same here, I tried it for BWI and it was 1500 per person for August...
